Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed we get to work, due to the fast turnaround after 24 hours we are unable to modify or cancel any order once it has been placed.We do our best to process and ship your product as fast as we can. However, we recommend you allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. During holidays, shipping times can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day.

Please note you are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and email address  for your purchase.

Carriers

We use UPS to deliver our orders unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO.  We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches UPS or the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is used to protect against lost or damaged  packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped and insured.  

Lost or Stolen Packages 

J Luxe co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
