Refund policy

Currently, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

All sales are final, no refunds only exchanges if your item is damaged or defective. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

 

PRE ORDERS

Pre-Orders will ship in 6-8 weeks! No refunds on any bags and any exchanges due to product quality must be done within 7 days of receiving your order! Be sure to check out with the correct address any changes will lead to cancellation.
